Stationary Concrete Plant

Concrete plant is the generic name given to the plants where materials such
as aggregate, water and cement are taken in certain proportions and batched in
the plant mixer for some time and then discharged into truck mixer by means of
computer software.
Aggregate bunker, aggregate weighing belt conveyor, mixer feeding conveyor
belt, cement silos, concrete mixer and automation system are main components of
a concrete plant.
Concrete plants are usually manufactured in three different types:
Stationary, Mobile and Compact. Besides these types are divided among
themselves into two as dry and wet types.
Stationary concrete plants is often preferred in circumstances where large
amounts of ready-mix is produced and where frequent location changes are
required. Usually, the right choice is a stationary concrete batching plant in
case of projects where daily production requirement is beyond 500 m3.
The capacity of stationary concrete plants ranges from 35 m3/h to 180
m3/h.
