Single Shaft Mixers
1. Technical Specifications of our single shaft mixers, which are 100% our
own production:
The drive power is provided by the help of a two separate motors and a
reducer. Therefore, when one of the motors or gears is broken down, the
capacity is reduced to half and concrete production can continue by a single
motor.
2. As the number of bearings is not many, the potential problems in the
bearings are minimized. Besides, the bearing system is located on the external
part and thus the concrete production continues without interruption due to a
potential grout leakage.
3. As the drive force is generated on both sides, the concrete production
can be performed at lower slump.
4. As the concrete discharge system is pneumatic, concrete can be easily
discharged by opening the discharge door even in case of power cuts.
5. As the arms of the mixer are helical, the arms rotate by scraping the
whole mixer wall, which consequently removes the necessity to clean further.
6. The time needed for cleaning is shorter when compared to other mixers.
7. Thanks to the drive system properties, wearing is minimized. This allows
getting maximum efficiency out of the machine by preventing the potential
costs.
8. The bearing life time is longer thanks to the time adjusted automatic
lubrication system.
9. Concrete batching period is very short thanks to rotation of helical
arms in a parallel plane to the mixer wall.
10. As the mixer internal plates are same in most sections, over-wearing
parts can be relocated, providing a long lasting utilization.
11. All walking platforms are hinged, offering a fast and easy installation.
